| To beat the cold all you need to do is:
1. Eat chicken noodle soup or tomato soup
2. Drink lots of water
3. Watch TV
4. Sleep
5. Piss alot to clear the virus out fast

| -don't eat citrus (oranges, lemons... it will produce mucus)
-drink water (the best thing you can do is drink a lot!)
-sleep somewhat early (6:30 is preeeety early... but if it works for you, then w/e)
-try to keep at a cool temperature... too hot or too cold will seriously mess you up. especially when you're trying to catch some zzzz'z.
-get better ASAP (pleazorz) | |
