Probably Rhys since it's his actual account. Even says so on the Memberlist, recent visit and shit. Maybe SinisteRing if he has access to passwords. I don't know.

His IP is relatively accurate to his location.
Also, stop thinking it's me. I'm nocturnal, and he's a normal person. It only looks weird.

It doesn't have to be you. Although any attempt to use his forum account for an impersonation would probably involve you in some way. (Not NECESSARILY, but it would be likely.)
Anyway, the IP being from that location can be faked with a relay system. But, I'll lean towards belief.
