fourm banner and custom loading screen

So ya, the banner should probably be updated for nature and arcane, and I was also thinking I'd rase the topic of a custom loading screen cause I'm not sure we want 1 or not.

I thought we did and wanted a contest for it.

I suck at art, but I am all for it, also Ive refrained from changing the loading screen, just because it didnt seem alright to do.
