Skins for Mages

I can't make skins, otherwise I would do it myself, but awhile back there was talk of changing the skin on the blood elf mage that is used. I was wondering if anyone knows how to do this, and if so could they maybe try to make some skins. I remember Sin being willing to add them if someone could make one w/ the whole "spell, channel" process, so I belive it would have to be based off the Blood Mages hero.

If anyone can please try to make perhaps one for each element.

I said I could do different races, but one for each spell type is a bit much. I never got a response for the different races idea though.

try different races then, maybe an orc looking one, and an undeadish one. I'm sure Sin would put them in if it fit.

I think leaving custom models out would help keep the size down. Indeed, I think it's the lack of custom models that make is so small for a map of its size.

And I, personally, think he should keep it that way.

they would be skins not models, though the way you have multiple skins for one model is take the base model and save it under a new name...maybe he's right...depends on the size of the blood elf model I suppose....

Regardless, skins are still mostly hefty in size.

skins are actually only like 50 kb...not anything that crazy...unless you try to get fancy with them.

Edit: oops dunno why I though it was 2...
