I know that the map is absolutely way too simple, but I'm not exactly sure how to expand upon it. Therefore, I'm looking for ideas from anyone willing on how to expand it and make it more strategic.

Power-ups, transformations of your towers that have strengths and weaknesses vs different ones, and commands that save time and reduce micro-management on each tower.
