| Tri-barrel needs a nerf. Although I haven't played the game nearly as much as many other people (largely thanks to my bot), nearly every mid to high level player I see uses this gun. Personally I think the power should be significantly lowered, and maybe the manacost increased (or regen lowered). Also, I think it might be a good idea to add some of the guns to sets to increase incentive to buy them (not all of them of course).

| I just use it so that I can fire more often. Increased rate of fire is INCREDIBLY valuable. The fact that it is more mana efficient per shot on the triple shot and that shooting three creates a situation that is greater than the sum of it's parts, are just bonus. | |

| Exactly. The problem is that it does more DPS (or H[eal]PS) than any other gun, and at a lower cost per shot, which is really all most people care about. The lower range doesn't really matter as it's easy enough to just run and gun. I think just lowering the power bonus (or possibly removing it entirely) would balance this gun out well. Also a higher cooldown on the single shot wouldn't hurt either. | |

| I forgot, there is one more reason that I use it. It's the ONLY interesting gun in the game. (Unless you count the two weaker versions of it.) So yeah, the other guns are boring. Not just because they lack abilities, but also because the stats on them are just a boring simple progression with very few strategic choices. | |

| The higher guns need increases. The power rating on the sniper guns is offset by the very poor cooldown on one, and the lack of a special on the other. If the sniper guns had a line AoE effect it would counteract the superiority of the lower weapons as well as find use for many other ammos while currently only the AoE ammos are being used. I agree though, Tri-barrel + AoE is simply the most effective way to handle anything atm and the higher guns don't offer anything better than a small increase in power, but lower DPS, so why bother?
